Custom mobile app development for iOS and Android
I handle mobile app development for iOS and Android from a single codebase, for B2B companies and growing teams. Booking, loyalty, order tracking or a tool for your field teams: the app is built in 2-week sprints, with a version you can test on your own phone at the end of each one.

What changes for you
What gets stuck without an app
- 01
Your clients book by phone, at the hours when you're busy.
An app or a mobile client area lets them book, cancel and get a reminder, without calling you.
- 02
Your technicians fill in paper forms that get retyped in the evening.
A field app records the job, the photos and the client's signature on site, even without a signal.
- 03
Your paper loyalty card ends up at the bottom of a drawer.
On the phone, it's always there, and you can tell your clients about something new with a notification.
What I build
Apps people actually use
An app is only worth it if people open it several times a month. I always start from that repeated use, then build only what it needs.
Booking and appointments
- Slot picked
- confirmation
- reminder the day before
For a clinic, a salon, a gym or a rental company: the client sees real availability, and the calendar updates for the whole team.
Field tool
- Job
- photos
- signature
- PDF report sent
For maintenance, installation or cleaning teams. Works offline and syncs when the signal comes back.
Loyalty and ordering
- Purchase
- points
- reward
- notification
For a store, a restaurant or an e-commerce brand that wants clients to come back without going through a platform that takes a commission.
Order or case tracking
- Step completed
- client notified
The client knows where their order, project or file stands, and stops calling you to ask.
Before you start
Do you really need a mobile app?
Sometimes a well-built website is enough, for a smaller budget. I'll tell you on the first call.
| Need | Mobile app | Website or web app |
|---|---|---|
| Usage | Several times a week or a month | Occasional, or from a computer |
| Offline | Possible | Limited |
| Notifications | Yes, reliable | Possible, more limited depending on the phone |
| Camera, GPS | Full access | Partial access |
| Publishing | Reviewed by Apple and Google | Online right away |
How it works
How long does it take to build an app?
An app is built in several 2-week sprints. How many depends on the screens and the connections to your tools; the number is written in the quote.

Who will use the app, how often, to do what? That's the only question that matters at the start.

Mockup
I prepare a mockup of the main screens, built around your case.

Demo
You go through the screens as if the app already existed. We adjust together and choose what goes into the first version.

Quote
List of screens, a minimal first version, the timeline and a fixed price. The rest waits for later.
2-week sprints
Build
At the end of each sprint, you install the new version on your phone and test it for real.

App Store and Google Play
I submit the app to Apple and Google, on accounts in your name (approval time depends on them). Then a walkthrough together and an explanation of maintenance.
Tools and technology
What I build with
- React Native and Expothe app
- One codebase for iOS and Android, which lowers the cost and makes updates easier. For a growing company's app, it's usually the right trade-off.
- Supabase or a PostgreSQL databasedata and accounts
- User accounts, data and files. I host in the region that suits your clients when the service allows it, and you keep access to the database.
- Notificationsreminders and alerts
- Sent through Apple's and Google's services, triggered by your events: an appointment, an order ready, a document available.
- Connectionsyour tools
- Calendar, CRM, payments, invoicing software: through their API when one exists. If it doesn't, I tell you before the quote.
Honestly
What I don't do
An app nobody opens costs more than no app at all.
- No games, no augmented reality. Those are separate trades, with their own tools.
- No clone of a big platform.Rebuilding a social network or a national delivery app takes a team, not a one-person agency.
- No app "just to be in the stores".If your need fits in a website, I'll recommend the website.
- No promise about Apple's review.I follow their published rules, but the final decision is theirs.
Frequently asked questions
Mobile apps: your questions
How much does mobile app development cost?
It depends on the number of screens, user accounts and connections to your tools. I always suggest a first version cut down to the essentials. The fixed-price quote arrives at the end of the demo of your free mockup.
Will the app work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. I build with React Native and Expo, which produce an app for each of the two systems from a single codebase. I test it on real phones from both families.
Who owns the app?
You do, once the invoice is paid. It is published on your Apple and Google developer accounts, and you receive the source code, access and documentation at delivery.
Do I have to pay fees to Apple and Google?
Yes, each one requires a paid developer account to publish an app. I tell you the current fees at the time of the quote, and you pay them directly, with no middleman.
Who handles updates after the app is published?
Maintenance runs as a 6-month plan, extendable if needed, with the first month free. After that, Apple and Google change their systems every year: monthly maintenance is offered to keep up with those changes, never imposed.
